Improvements could be made. There’s bank teller who is good but there’s another one who’s less than pleasant.
Looks like the recurring trend here. Many people experience terrible customer service.
They clearly dont care about the customers and I can attest to the poor service years ago. Inquiring for a mortgage at the time due to the marketing (low interest etc). We wanted to transfer our mortgage, didnt occur - all good. Banker said you cant even open an account here without having a really high paying job. All the staff was definitely not trained in banking services, you could be standing in line and they will not ask you to help. I will try again this week after 7 years and see if anything has changed. will update.
My experience for the past 6 years has been excellent with this HSBC location. I'd like to specifically mention Carol Flanagan, as she's been very positive, helpful and responsive and has been an absolute professional throughout my time banking with this location.
Worst bank and branch ever Close the door at 5 pm at all ATm machine and asking to use drive through one which is out of service
