Completely incompetent employees. Got transfered from the main HSBC center to the Brossard one (where I already do buisiness) for a mortgage renewal. Employee confirmed and blocked my new mortgage rate and said they would call me back at a certain date. Never called back so I called instead (in advance of the date) to make sure the appointment is still on to sign the papers and at what time I can come.
