I've been to this location twice, and have had very pleasant experiences both times. Elle Lo is the main representative who helped me, and she was very kind, professional, and efficient. I plan to go back for any future needs, and hope that the quality of service will stay consistent.

Margot Lee managed to deliever absolutely the worst customer service experience to my husband , cranky and unprofessional.
To say the customer service here is an absolute and utter disgrace to the HSBC brand is to let them off too lightly. Please hire people that know how to speak to their customers and have enough brain cells to be able to process VERY simple asks. Do better.
