There's just the one ATM here. And it's closed 9 pm to 5 am.
I do not understand what kind of world class services that HSBC is trying to deliver when all they offer is a malfunctioning ATM machine at this only branch of the entire lower Manhattan. BEWARE, this machine will take your check without processing the transaction. So you are leaving a signed check with HSBC, and their best advise was "try deposit cash next time". Sure, I will let my employer know and I will deposit my money somewhere else.
