Would not recommend going to this branch. Encountered someone at the desk who was not only incompetent (like she literally couldn’t read or comprehend a printed hsbc form), but also threw another employee (who was new!) under the bus by re-directing a question she wasn’t able to answer…what a joke of an employee / person.
Kayla CHIU working at this location on the front desk as Client Experience Associate is really horrible. HSBC do better and screen people you hire!!! If you are visting this branch and can get another associate, please do so! Kayla went above and beyond trying to hault my process, also showing condescending attitude. NOT OK! Be human and not cold and condescending!
