Imagine a terribile banking experience, HSBC is 10 times worse. Absolute lack of transparency, terrible customer support that bounces you around from one department to another in circles. Save yourself time and nerve cells and choose another bank.

Absolutely disgusting bank. I have an account with a little north of 7 million and I feel like I'm walking into a Wendy's half the time. I'm not looking to be coddled but geez Louise you know stop chewing gum behind the counter and telling me to talk to my relationship manager.
I specifically carried cash to deposit today at this branch and since I went in after 5PM, I was not able to access the ATM. Since they don’t have an area dedicated to just the ATM and the door opens to the interior of the branch, they just didn’t bother putting the device that allows those who carry their credit card to enter the branch off hours. HSBC is by far the worst bank in the US and they keep closing down branches despite the fact that they only have Premier customers. This is just insulting the customers.
Customer service gets an F due to Diana. Place is representable and clean.
