Terrible experience! This review is for RBC customer service on the phone. People are not properly trained, and they seem to wait for you to waste too muche tie and hang up before finding any solution to your problem ! !!! Attente interminable… Les gens dans la file quittent parce que c’est trop long…
Carte defecteuse. Y mon retourne a la maison pour je commande moi meme une nouvelle carte sur l'application. Il non même pas voulu m'identifier avec mes preuve identité. Il mon meme dit meme si tapelle a la banque il ne seron pas capable de dauthentifier et de toute facon ses pas une tentative de fraude. Je voullai seulement de 25 cent en rouleau pour mon lavage.... Merci de m'avoir discriminé au plus haut point. Faut jattentre 1 semaine avant davoir ma carte bancaire et faire mon lavage... A cause du préjudice mal placé.
