Worst experience ever my account got flagged saying it's fraud because my loans came out and got sent back now its flagged saying fraud and the lady at the back computer was been extremely rude when I was trying to explain what was going on

Best HSBC physical branch I’ve been to in North America. The service in the last few branches I’ve been to hasn’t been great but they went above and beyond to help me. Can’t say enough about the staff here and how helpful they were.

Tried opening a student chequing account online. Despite providing my student ID and all pertinent information it wouldn't let me and asked me to come into the branch. After waiting a good 20 minutes due to their understaffing, I presented my student ID and driver's license. I was told that they needed to book me in for another appointment on a different day and refused to accept what I was providing them. All this hassle just to open a student account! Save your time and try a different bank.

I applied home equity three months before but still waiting for answers and I moved my mortgage to Hsbc six months ago, I was thinking to move everything from Td to Hsbc but now I changed my mind I won’t do that anymore,terrible service.
