I had a very disappointing experience with RBC at Edgemont Village. The level of customer service was extremely poor, and unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The staff were not helpful, and the overall experience was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
Teller was absolutely horrible. She was wearing a floral shirt, blue pullover around her shoulders, and she was an elderly Persian lady. This happened on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026. This teller was extremely condescending and rude, she yelled at me for clarifying a question. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she can’t be a decent person. She quite literally yelled in my face about my new card. I don’t suggest this branch EVER.
