These people are clueless. Went to do a third party deposit like any other bank does, says they don't do third party deposits into personal accounts, no other banks have this ridiculous policy. I've also done this at other RBC's, not sure why this branch is especially hard to work with.
It was quickly and correctly
Worst management ever. I went in to inquire about my account and was greeted by extremely verbally abusive and rude lady named Louise Her staff was equally rude. I do not understand why they are so hostile. I suspect there is no accountability here for terrible customer service. I normally leave five star reviews only but this was such a horrible experience I have to warn others from using this branch.
