Teller was absolutely horrible. She was wearing a floral shirt, blue pullover around her shoulders, and she was an elderly Persian lady. This happened on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026. This teller was extremely condescending and rude, she yelled at me for clarifying a question. She shouldn’t work in customer service if she can’t be a decent person. She quite literally yelled in my face about my new card. I don’t suggest this branch EVER.
Excellent, friendly and helpful service. The manager came out whenever there was more than 1 person in the lineup to see if he could assist!
These people are clueless. Went to do a third party deposit like any other bank does, says they don't do third party deposits into personal accounts, no other banks have this ridiculous policy. I've also done this at other RBC's, not sure why this branch is especially hard to work with.
