Terrible experience
Charice wins commendation for her accuracy, politeness, and dedicated performance. She opened a Premier account for us flawlessly despite backoffice technical issues beyond her control.
Always only one counter open, waiting time is extremely long and useless.
DO NOT BANK WITH HSBC! firstly, I opened a credit card account with no fees in the contract. I then received notification there will be an annual $400 fee charged. They also signed me up for the wrong account! Each time I spoke to someone I received inconsistent & different information. This happened on MULTIPLE occasions. Customer service is so so poor. This bank has taken days of my life I will not get back. They do not care about you. They only care about receiving your money.
