Went there to withdraw 7k, Machine counted it and I trusted it. Then when I was doing transactions with someone, apparently missing $100. Drive one hour back to ask the staff. The manager (a guy) came and told us (not in polite way that I thought bank should have customer service standards): “When you walk out that door (the bank’s door), it’s not our fault!” Ok! Poor and inefficient service. The lobby manager was busy chatting with someone instead of assisting guests. They said they would put us in line, but we sat waiting for almost 30 minutes with no updates and no one attending to us. There isn’t a number-calling machine, which made the wait confusing and disorganized.
The absolute worst. I have been banking with HSBC for 20 years, but no more. Their care factor is ZERO
