Always only one counter open, waiting time is extremely long and useless.
DO NOT BANK WITH HSBC! firstly, I opened a credit card account with no fees in the contract. I then received notification there will be an annual $400 fee charged. They also signed me up for the wrong account! Each time I spoke to someone I received inconsistent & different information. This happened on MULTIPLE occasions. Customer service is so so poor. This bank has taken days of my life I will not get back. They do not care about you. They only care about receiving your money.

Went there to withdraw 7k, Machine counted it and I trusted it. Then when I was doing transactions with someone, apparently missing $100. Drive one hour back to ask the staff. The manager (a guy) came and told us (not in polite way that I thought bank should have customer service standards): “When you walk out that door (the bank’s door), it’s not our fault!” Ok!
