The staff here are extremely friendly, young, and energetic. I’d especially like to compliment Lily, who was remarkably patient and helpful despite being new to her role as a teller. Additionally, the back-office team was very efficient in approving and completing my funds transfer to my Interactive Brokers account. Keep it up!

Very helpful staff except the mortgage section
I had a very disappointing experience at RBC. The staff member named Quy was extremely unprofessional. Instead of taking the time to review my situation or check the details properly, she gave dismissive responses and seemed unwilling to help. When dealing with important financial matters, customers expect professionalism, patience, and a willingness to actually look into the issue before responding.
