Do not expect any service from this place if you don’t have a HSBC account. I asked them to split a big bill into smaller ones, and they kept saying they need to withdraw from my account first, so they can’t help me if I don’t have an account. Which makes no sense because I just want to trade some cash and I brought the cash and there’s no need for an account. Had to go over to bmo and they helped me without question. I expected this level of service from all banks
