I have dealt with this branch only intermittently over 15 years but they have always diligently worked to help me whenever I show up once every couple of years.
My RRSP is managed through HSBC. All of my coworkers and even the administration at my place of employment are beyond frustrated with the service provided by this institution. I've never gotten trustworthy information here nor any satisfactory customer service. It took 3 attempts for them to set up my investments correctly over the course of 3 months while my money sat in the account as cash. Three months with zero earnings in that account as a result. Nafsa is, hands down, the best financial advisor I have ever worked with. Very diligent, committed, knowledgeable and caring! Always available to take your calls or answer your emails promptly. My wife and I were shopping for a mortgage and we came across HSBC and Nafsa and she made the entire process very easy for us. I definitely recommend her as your financial advisor and am looking forward to doing more business with HSBC and her.
