RBC has to give a raise to the manager of this branch Meredith McCarrey. She is a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful lady with a lot of personality 🌹
What’s the point of having a branch if you aren’t able to service it with enough tellers. No wonder Wealthsimple is taking over.
RBC in general has a rule that if you’re speaking to a representative that isn’t helpful you cannot be transferred to someone else you’ll have to call again,wait in line and hope a different person answers the call. it’s quite ridiculous. You can’t speak to a manager because they’ll take 48 hrs to respond, not 2 days, not 2 business days but 48 business hours so 6 days. This is people’s money that they trust you with . It just isn’t good customer service
This RBC branch is one of the unorganized and slowest branches in the city. Always line ups and only one in training staff is in charge. They don’t have the same structure and they provide different answers for same requested questions. I am sorry to say, but after 14 years being RBC customer, I am really considering to change my bank.
