Such great service today! I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but the lovely lady helping me had red hair. I had to switch my debit account type and was a bit confused about the terms, and she explained everything and made it very easy. She was also just so personable and built nice rapport with us. I hope she gets props for her awesome work!
I just met with William Michell, an advisor at this branch, and the experience was genuinely excellent. He’s incredibly positive, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my (pretty complex) questions. He actually helped make changes to my accounts on the spot and even reached out to my mortgage specialist during our meeting to follow up on a few things. Very disappointing customer service experience. Andrea Dancek emailed me stating that I only needed one piece of ID to pick up my mailed card. However, at the branch, Maisie Wu refused to give me the card with just one ID. I wasted a lot of time and money getting there, and I’m extremely frustrated with the inconsistency and poor service.
I had an excellent experience with Sarah heidari at RBC. She was highly professional, efficient, and courteous throughout my visit. Sarah took the time to address all my questions and ensured that my transactions were handled smoothly. Het knowledge and friendly demeanor made the process seamless and pleasant.
