Extremely satisfied. Checking Account opened within 20-25 mins and bank staff accepted me without online appointment. Very professional and helpful staff.

Terrible customer service at the bank , completely unorganized , lacks professionalism and the simple concept of customer service Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Ok
If you have any other choice, do not use HSBC CANADA, the customer service is awful. I would say it's one of the worst I have ever seen
