Do not bank with HSBC if you have any common sense, They will back track you on any issue and lock you accounts for weeks till one of their super poorly qualified workers from another country can fail to deal with any of your problems. HORRBILE BANK. HORRIBLE STAFF. To add the banks fees are insane i dont know why i ever banked with this bank.

Started using HSBC for my cross country banking and investing. I biked to their head branch in Calgary today for a password reset and account activation literally took 40 mins with multiple managers and their help desk having to get involved..... Enough time to get my locked bike stolen right outside the bank. Embarrassingly slow and incompetent team. On top of the time it took they offered zero assistance video recording of the thief who stole the bike.
