Very slow service .. every time you have to wait minimum 20 minutes
Very poor response.. People deputed dont know and don't want to do their job properly also. Had accounts with erstwhile HSBC which got transferred to RBC at 7500 Scott road Surrey BC. However unable to sort out with them . Considering to switch after meeting the manager, if no joy.

Very poor customer service. Not responding to any phone call or email. I am giving them a single star.
Appointments mean nothing to them apparently, simply asking for tax documents and was left in an office to wait even though I came yesterday for them all to be prepared. All the staff is slow and don’t seem to know what they are doing do yourself a favour highly recommended going somewhere else.
