Definitely the most rude employees we have ever encountered in our 65+years. Their treatment of VIP clients is not only disrespectful it’s totally unacceptable. We are literally forced to close our accounts and investments. How can anyone in Canada tolerate this behaviour is confusing and unclear. Starting from the manager who is BTW never there, the rest of them just hate to see clients. We BOOKED appointment and they ignored us totally!!!!. Forget about customer service, the service rate and friendliness is basically non-existed. What a disappointment.
Some of the rudest staffs from a bank I have ever encountered. They should not close this branch ever so staffs from this branch has better chance not to transfer to other branches.
The officers at the Branch didn't know how to process the wire transfer, even branch manager.....
