Great service and brand new agency
I would say the service of this branch was very good when I opened my account a year ago. However, with the change of the HSBC, I was forced to closed out my global money account n lost the money in exchange rate. I wondered what had happened to HSBC with it’s financial situation or whatever. It is not fair to the customer.
Very helpful teller and banker to help me reactivate my account and provide other helpful information. Also a nice branch location with Whole Foods and Volta EV chargers nearby.
I'm a customer of the HSBC at 2085 Diamond Blvd Suite 100, Concord, CA.. The manager, Grace Zhou along with her colleagues, are so understanding, intelligent and passionate! They have never disappointed me!
