Great service. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Very nice place to do your banking.
Just came to close an account. I came twice before to try to release an account from dormancy. It took 2 visits and a phone call and submitting the paperwork twice to get it released a month later. This was my final visit to release myself from HSBC after closing their retail business. The bank could no longer accommodate me.
They don't answer the phone
If you can use a different bank, do it. HSBC doesn’t want to do business with you anymore and their quality of service reflects that. Use a bank that actually wants your business.
