Bank personal are very nice and helpful but I can't stand using the ATM. HSBC Corporate needs to look into this. There is only one ATM and it's constantly broken. At least a dozen times after hours over the past 6 months I have attempted to make a deposit or withdrawal and the ATM has been broken. It's a disgrace. If anyone is listening or cares please get a 2nd ATM machine and make sure they are working throughout the day.
