Worst bank don’t cash checks with their banks name on it unless you have a account with them guess they don’t work like 98% of other banks of US, and their tactics of cashing checks, terrible customer service too, have to ring a doorbell just to hear a worker who doesn’t even wanna be there or rush asking questions
Walked in with a minor problem regarding my moms credit card bill. But we (me and my mom) were treated poorly by this mid age Asian lady. She was questioning my moms identity even after we showed her all the document (US passport, social security card, and State ID card). Basically, she said there was nothing she could do. Luckily, there was another teller( young guy) who was able to help after I explained the whole situation to him. And he solved the problem in 5 minutes, literally 5 MINUTES! I had always a pleasant experience with this branch. Recently I was there for closing my account, Jordan attended me and it took only 5-8 minutes for all the process and I was out of the bank with the balanced cheque in quick session. They did not ask unnecessary questions. They respected my wish. Coming from India and knowing how hard can it be to close the account out there, it was a totally different experience for me. Great Service

Worse experience ever. Was treated like a criminal trying to obtain tellers check. Since I was from out of state and amount was large, was profiled. Was told for my own security. Nonsense--questions asked had nothing to do with security. Violation of rights and nothing mandated by FDIC/FOIA. To top it off, I have 6 months to live due to cancer and teller told me I don't look like my drivers license photo. Geniuses. Branch GM Engineer should be terminated
