Not a real bank branch. Offers limited services, no transactions, and the hours are extremely limited. And not very helpful. ATM is in the building lobby, only accessible during building hours, so that limited too. Go to the Vienna Square branch instead.
Cannot access ATM during non-business hours
While I was able to open an account at this branch- which is what I went here for- but the staff did not seem to know the products very well at all. My aim was to find out how to make the most of HSBC when I travel and possibly opening an account overseas. The associate knew nothing about the HSBC overseas rules and also seemed to know very little about the US HSBC products/services.
