Good service but very confusing to access. You have to go into what feels like A residential building,And get into an elevator to only get to the second floor and still feel like you are not in the right place. I had to personally call the branch to confirm that I was in the right location and that this branch was still open. Once I got in the service was lovely, quick and attentive. When I asked about an ATM the one random machine they had was actually out of money. Which was annoying but not the main reason why I came here... read more

Account Security is Overkill, as in a nightmare. There's a lot of bait and switch going on. Deceptive and/or misleading practices. When you inquire about something, they refer you to the massive fine print terms and conditions which imposes other delay tactics above and beyond the original offer in the mail.
A cashless bank branch. Useless and rediculous.
