Alright. Cant say I am amazed.
I scheduled appointment online. As per manager of the branch they not accepting appointment. Do not want to help with my account. Had to call to bank from the branch
Citizen Bank charges a monthly fee for a Savings Account with less than $200.00. They also charge an annual fee to maintain an overdraft Line Of Credit Account, even if you do not use it. Citizen Bank also does not reimburse you for ATM Fees when you make a withdrawal from another bank's ATM. These were 3 of the positive reasons to use HSBC. WHY USE CITIZEN BANK? Goodbye Citizen Bank and good luck with your terrible Customer Service along with your minimal telephone hours. What a nightmare!!!!
I went into this branch to deposit CASH into my wife's account because she is ill and they wouldn't even deposit cash because they said I didn't have sufficient ID. I was the opposite of a bank robber and they wouldn't accept cash. I could understand If I was trying to deposit a check but cash? I gave a 1 star rating because I didn't have the option of a zero star rating.
Gave me a hard time after igave her my ID.more id more so i gave her 5 pieces of id and this was after she took it off my card this woman in teller no era 1 was the worst teller i ever i had encountered. Staten island branch
