Worst bank. They are thieves!! DO NOT bank with HSBC. They held my money hostage until I verbalized on the phone that I would not say anything about their fraud to the public. They stole $1000s from my account and will do this to you slowly. The cross eyed Black banker helped in the robbery. The pregnant Black teller sold my data to him.
Used to be bigger they downsized the space and made another bank next door but they still have all the services.
The bank redesign could make it much smaller. Banks don't need that much space. Save money to give more interest. Teller toooooooo slow. Need to be trained better to give fastest service. Exceedingly dense teller. Failed to explain vital information relative to my transaction. Had to call back a few times. Recommend: TRAIN TELLERS ON HOW TO SPEED UP. Time is valuable.
