If there was an option to leave a ZERO star to rate my experience with this branch, I would. The teller who was "helping" me was extremely rude for no reason and I was only there to make a deposit! It is NOT an acceptable customer service and I'm seriously considering not going back to the branch or just moving the bank all together.
The services at this branch was horrible. I went to the branch at around 1:15 pm and tried to open up a CD, however, no one was at the front desk. The branch was relatively empty, only 2 bankers at the windows and 2 bankers at the cubic. Stood in front of the front desk waiting for help for about 5 minutes, but seemed nobody cared to come to offer help.
