I would give zero stars if I could... this has to be the WORST experience for a consumer I've ever dealt with. Obviously this company has major issues and has no clue on how to correct them and actually provide top notch service to customers. I would STAY AWAY from this brand if at all possible. I started with corporate and thought going into a local branch would help and get better service, NOPE.. I was wrong, the employees don't care and its very obvious. I repeatedly requested that HSBC close my checking account, which has a zero balance and is not being used. HSBC refuses to do so unless I pay them a $25 fee to close the account.
Opened an account for the 250 bonus and never received it. All phone calls are routed to the low cost countries. Terrible support, working on withdrawing my money now. A terrible experience with a terrible company. Stay clear of them.
