Every year around Halloween I think of this poorly connected business. Our Island does a Halloween event and all the businesses pass out candy in our community. I will never forget their staff asking us to leave unless we had banking to do. This was 2018 my 4 year old and I were assured they were NOT participating in the event. I joked they must have a lollipop and even offered to go next door (Walgreens) and get them a bag to hand out and it was absolutely their position that they were not doing it. I was a long term HSBC customer when I lived in NYC and HSBC branches were everywhere. I moved to Vancouver, WA and find that the nearest branch is a 3 hr drive away and has abysmal ratings and reviews. Driving there tomorrow with an open mind and hoping for the best.
the most unethical, dishonest bank ever with the worst customer service. They locked my account 4 months ago and have not given a reason nor have they refunded my money. Don't do business with these POS's
