Went in to open an account for a promo, Annie only a few months employed didn't really know what she was doing. DO NOT trust her with your money. After the account was open, she deposited my check. Then calls me 3days later to tell me the bank would not accept my documents. Um, HELLO then my account should never have been opened, nor accepted my money. Wasted 2 days of back and forth. Easy parking
I am trying to open an account but they could not do it for 2 month! Yes , 2 month. The 3rd time I come in, this manager talking on his phone for his personal stuff for 15 mins even when he saw I am waiting to talk to him. This is slowest bank I ever worked with.
