I have been a customer of this branch for 2 decades. Since their relocation to Eastgate Blvd its been nothing but trouble. Whole Foods has taken all the HSBC parking and what is left is taken by the Pet place. So the parking is poor. However there is only one teller to serve the customers standing interminably online and the teller is rude and not courteous to all the customers.
