For the current HSBC bank and the future Cathay bank, this branch do nothing on my account transformation, they spread wrong information about the transformation and did zero help. When I went to there to close my account, they destroyed my debit card without asking me first. REALLY SUCKS SERVICE.
Wouldn't let me exchange for quarters nor provide any good reason for not
Bank is not safe and honest. First visit, SSN was written by the banker on a piece of paper and was left there, not shred for security reasons. Personal banker Eqbal Hussain is not a honest person and he lies on the phone and refused to admit what he said on the phone. Branch manager chose to ignore the complaint and said if the call is not recorded, I choose to trust my employee.

I had a bad experience in this branch; they need some training on how to do things since I wasted 45 minutes in this branch and walked out without any results. I went there to pay some Cash Advanced transactions I did with my credit card and also to find a way to pay online instead of going physically to a branch.
