Horrible understaffed, no since of urgency, poorly managed site, needs to be re open with better customer service trained individuals...
Poor customer services and low class employees with poor clothing. Very low standards . Do not bank at HSBC as it’s one of the worst banks in the US. No real time posting and lazy back office. Customer service is very bad and is overseas. This bank must be kicked out of the US
