I went to a branch to close my old HSBC personal line of credit or else they would charge me maintenance fees. The bank employee told me they could not find the account, and relax, it's probably already closed. The next day, Citizens sent me another statement. I called the phone number on the statement. My worst experience here,never come again. The office was right to be closed because banker has no common sense. Banker told me that vegetables cannot grow in winter, and how did you sell them. I think that They don’t know something called greenhouse.

Staffs here would like to give trouble to customers not helping at all! They don't let me edit a check that was issued by myself before deposit! They threatened me if I deposit an edited check even with my initial sign, I may get the check return and charges!
