I've had a few opportunities to interact with the Citizens Banl employees at this branch and a couple of other branches and have always had a very positive experience. They honestly seem to want to help and seem to actually know what they are talking about.
Very disgusting bank, no one answers the phone, Staff service is also very poor！！！
Party behind the tills rather then a serve a line of customers. One tiller working three gossiping. Usual story.
