Horrible, absolutely horrible personnel here at this branch. They should be FIRED! The woman I spoke to rather than let me speak to a manager she insisted on handling it. Couldn't handle it, can't do nothing. I get I don't know what to tell you, I can't do anything. She's rude and a complete B to deal with. Definitely should not be dealing with anyone

I opened a business and private / premier account and transferred a significant amount to these accounts within 48 hours. After I signed many documents , they asked 3 more times to sign something else, they did not manage to get me an online access within 6 weeks which was crucial for my business, the premier account manager was not on the phone and did not call back. The only reliable and very capable person I met was her assistant, Michael J Mendez, who fixed it as far as possible and who apologized for all these issues.

I am upset. I have been harassed by this bank, which I never knew existed. A rep (Bali) called me (three times so far) to confirm the authenticity of a check, which I did not write. It happens to be drawn on a check from the church I attend???. When I asked him how he acquired my number, he lied and said it was on the internet with the church listing!!! Now, I am wondering if anyone used me as a reference without having checked with me first; otherwise, how or why would a bank just call a member of the church who has nothing... read more

I repeatedly requested that HSBC close my checking account, which has a zero balance and is not being used. HSBC refuses to do so unless I pay them a $25 fee to close the account.
