Went to this branch for checks today but they told me they don't provide this service. Excuse me, which bank doesn't provide their customers checks? Or they just refuse to provide service because I'm an Asian woman?

I only wish I could give zero stars. The most untruthful, unprofessional bank I have ever done business with. And, I have been a small business owner for over 40-yrs. In addition to horrible local service, the online banking system is impossible and regressive. Don't waste your time. And, forget about the bonus, they will never give it to you.
Need some cash from this branch. Take long there to upgrade new checking account which unnecessary.
I opened an account with a bonus incentive. Complied with every request. They closed my account, with no notification, mailed a check 15 days later haven't received it and they can't resolve the issue, much less give me the bonus. BTW they owe me 10,000!! Never banking here, horrible customer service!
