I would like to thanks Emma who met us at the HSBC Kidderminster branch and organised a meeting with a specialist Shean and at the end of our meeting with Shean, she checked if everything was okay. I also would like to thank Shean for his very professional service . He explained and helped us to open an account with HSBC and set up online banking and took us through the whole process step by step without any problems.
