I was scammed last June. I phoned the bank straight away and in formed them. I had next to no communication from them after the initial complaint. I had to keep phoning them to find out what was going on with it and why it was taking so long. While the fraud enquiry was going on i was charged interest. And it was putting me in more dept. Extremely helpful, Meg was a star!
We were greeted by friendly staff and within minutes the manager had got Bianca to help us. Bianca was outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to sort out our issue very quickly, because of her help and explanation we opened another account. Thank you to all the staff, can't recommend this office enough as they all go above and beyond customer care. We wish all branches were as efficient.
