My experience of HSBC in Coleraine, is a very positive one. One particular member of staff in this branch, is extremely pleasant & really helpful. The last time I visited , she went out of her way to help. Always a nice smile and hello, everytime I visit. The self service machines are so convenient & I can do everything I need to do in a few short minutes. Thank you
No customer care. Average an hour wait because it takes 1 member of staff to deal with people and 2 staff hired to stare at you
I put a standing order on Monday 19/10/15 at Coleraine branch for my rent to be paid at my new address and it has not been done? This is not the 1st time that staff have let me down at this Branch and by doing so are picking and choosing what customers they like to help and those not to help,me one of them.I find this racial discrimination and i wont tolerate this kind of behaviour from your staff!
