We have business account,this location is our home branch..managers are soo rude.they are trying to make everything harder for customers..we are having new cibc vusiness account.beacuse of managers of this branch.

Bad customer service
All the staff here are incompetent; I couldn't withdraw my own money because of some ridiculous argument. The ATM dispenses the money, but the branch itself can't. It's a terrible branch.
I had an online appointment and the confirmation emails said that I’d receive the meeting link prior. 25 mins now after the appointment time I still haven’t received it. It’s very difficult to get a hold of an advisor. Very frustrating and disrespectful of clients’ time.
