The managers are grumpy and self-important. I plugged my phone in to charge and they yelled at me, saying I couldn't use an inside plugs . I a bank where I deposit $30K a month and receive such poor treatment.
Jessica was extremely kind to me today and provided excellent customer service. I also want to credit the MOD who assisted her in completing my transaction as I was completing an unusual request.

In order of events: I had trouble sending an etransfer for a few days so I called RBC twice but no one told me to take a photo of my driver's license or passport and I didn't have this problem before. At least I found out when I walked into this branch. Secondly, when I walked in, Maria (shoulder-length black hair with glasses) bullied me and had a bad attitude with a lack of respect.
