Yesterday ( 21/10/25) I went this branch to withdraw some from my business Account. I never ever got such worst behaviour Assistant Manager PONAM,without basic knowledge about customer service. I do cleaning business and yearly 600k to the RBC bank and I have enough balance. But I can’t withdraw 3k from this branch. She said Silly reason she wants to check my account from back office. It’s scary that they have a guy like Shaik behind the counter. He needs more training and customer services. When you’re transferring 40K plus funds, you should be certain what you’re doing not “I think”. He couldn’t even read the proper document I brought in that had everything straightforward for him. What an embarrassment for this branch.
**Discriminatory Experience at RBC Brunch** I visited the RBC brunch at Keele & Wilson on October 9, 2025 at 3:35 PM. I visited this RBC Bank branch located in Wilson and Dufferin for opening a salary account. I never thought RBC Banks staffs are not well trained and not customer oriented. However I saw a friendly security staff in this branch. Sorry to say I'm totally disappointed with the staff's behavior toward customers. I met a bank staff member named something like Nicholas; he doesn't know even how to respect customers. Or at least he should learn the policies of RBC Banking and awareness of financial products .
