Always been professional helpful and friendly
I’m sorry, I opened my HSBC account here years ago, and service has always been a little slow, but still pleasant. I go in today and get told I can’t pay money in to someone else’s account. Even though the slip literally gives you the option. Then as I had a lot of notes I asked if she could count it for me, flat-out answer was no. I’m sorry, but you had the time to gab to a colleague who wasn’t working today while there was a queue of people waiting, but you couldn’t count money out for me. Such a shame the branch is closing in July, its going to so inconvenient having to go to Chester to get the office Petty cash.
