Staff are great nothing is too much trouble, Just ask they don’t bite.
The bank has all the banking services you could want. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Just a pity it's on the branch closure list.

Absolutely ridiculous I go to the HSBC in Llandudno to be told they hold no cash and I have to go to colwyn bay so I did all I wanted to do was cash a cheque British Gas sent me it said it was fine if I didn’t have a HSBC account to go in with two forms of ID so I went in with a letter and my passport all in date all correct according to the HSBC branch in Llandudno all my information was fine they just couldn’t cash it because they hold no cash the women in Llandudno was lovely the women in colwyn bay on the other hand was ... read more
