Your employee Erin Lyn is calling people "meth user" on line when she doesn't like what they say. What did I say that prompted this abuse? One word. "Clever". Is this indicative of your services? Can someone coming for help expect this treatment if your employee decides they don't like them?
We have tried using this agency three separate times and three separate levels over the course of a. 10-year.. they have done zero to help us. In fact, when I put on my service care coordinator hat, I do a far better job than they have ever done. Big waste of time. These people get paid to do a job that they do not do. Paige Gilchrist waisted our time. She threw all kind of ideas out but never followed through on anything except to get one professional service scheduled. Horrible experience all the way around !!! Absolutely did nothing for my kid for 3/4 years he was with Hsao ..If I could give zero stars I would !! BEWARE!!!
