Hi. I came across Claims Plus on the web after ending my claim with another law firm who charged heaps and wanted me to fill out a 30 page document which I couldn't do because of my mental condition. Athelene is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She is like family. She kept me updated regularly and would promptly answer any questions or concerns I had. What can I say absolute excellent customer service these people actually really care about your situation and take the time out of their day to listen to what you are going through sometimes I felt like they were really my counsellors...
