HS was a wonderful place in years past, but I no longer feel like they meet the mark. I was with them for about three years for both business and personal tax services and bookkeeping, and in that three years I was handed from one person to another to another with absolutely no consistency. They didn't let me know when they were switching my files from one person to another, and I often found out because my emails (which weren't frequent) would go unanswered. Ever since the senior partners retired, the service has gone downhill. You’re no longer treated like a client, just another number in their system. The lack of follow-up is unacceptable. I had to constantly chase them for updates, and even when I did, it felt like they couldn’t care less. I’m sick of being ignored and having to deal with such poor communication. The personal touch that made this firm great is gone, and all that’s left is unprofessionalism and indifference. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
