Purchased an Airtrack a few weeks ago for my young daughter. Was only used a handful of times when the seam split and deflated. Been backwards and forwards with customer services, making me jump through hoops. I’ve requested a refund several times and still not had one. Refused an offer of a replacement as I’m concerned with the quality, and with my daughter doing tricks on it, I’m not willing to chance it will deflate or wise burst while she is using it.
