I filed my taxes with H&R Block. The staff were professional and helpful in explaining the tax process. They made the filing easier for me and my wife, especially since taxes can sometimes be confusing. However, I felt that the service fees were a bit expensive compared to what I expected. It would be better if the pricing was explained more clearly before starting the process.
