Another great tax return, this year did it all over the phone, done in 10 minutes. Excellent service
There were no drawbacks, quick and efficient
Disappointing service, had a appointment a few weeks ago and on arrival was not made aware of any delays waited for roughly 30 minutes with no communication had to ask to reschedule was offered a phone appointment which I missed the call due to travelling for work, called back to reschedule and asked for email correspondence and didn’t hear anything and requested another call back yesterday and nothing. Also tried using the online portal which has taken two weeks to be told I owe $600 dollars
