We received communication from the ATO about late tax returns which we should not have received so contacted H&R Block in Midland, WA, who had prepared our last return probably 5+ years ago and the lady on the end of the phone, Bianca, took the bull by the horns, contacted the ATO and sorted out the problem, all within an hour or two. Brilliant service especially as it is unlikely that we will have to use their services again.
