I’ve found them to be very helpful, helping me get my head around tax as a first time sole trader. Whenever I’ve had a question, a simple phone call was enough and they took the time to patiently and happily make things clear for me. Not just only helping when im paying them to lodge my return. So im very appreciative.

I went there for the first time after seeing their website and what it said. The accountant told me I couldn't claim travel expenses and filed my return without and later on I confirmed with other agents and found out I was eligible for 5k kilometres and missed out because of these people. Don't reccomend at all.

Last year, I went because I received foreign income during the financial year and didn’t know how to handle it. The accountant suggested that I don’t declare some of it and fill out a correction form if it ever came to the ATO’s attention. This was also the suggestion of his colleague in the office at the time. I was disappointed by both the customer service and competency of the accountant I saw.
