Bad customer service, I was trying to make an appointment to do my taxes and in the middle of asking me a bunch of questions the lady at the front desk just stops and starts talking to another customer that just walked in. How do you ask someone for their social security number and then ignore them and start talking to someone else? The lack of respect and professionalism makes me think this is not the office to trust with my taxes.
